The user has the right to request the data controller to rectify the data if they suspect that the stored data is incorrect.

The user has the right to request that the controller restrict the processing of their personal data, or make selected personal data inaccessible, or temporarily remove published data.

The user has the right to have their personal data erased without undue delay, provided that it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or processed and there is no longer any legal basis for its archiving. Upon a request for data erasure, all data will be irrevocably deleted and any related orders (if any) will be anonymised.

The user has the right to have appropriate steps taken, including technical measures, to erase all references to their personal data and copies thereof, if the legal basis for their archiving has ceased to apply.

13. Right to object

The user has the right to object to the processing of personal data, or where they are unable to exercise the right to erasure.

14. Right to lodge a complaint

The user has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if they believe that the processing of their personal data is in breach of the GDPR.

The website operator is obliged to record all user requests relating to the withdrawal, correction and erasure of their data.
